Life can feel relentless. On days when it hurts to wake up, to move through the world, or simply to exist, it can be difficult to know where to turn or how to carry the weight of those feelings. Each person bears unique burdens, and each person also carries unique strengths. I want to help you better understand your pain while reconnecting with your strengths, values, and sense of self.

I utilize existential and narrative therapy techniques to help you explore your story and discover what that story means to you. Our experiences are not fixed; there is always space for growth, exploration, and change. Together, we can work toward greater self-compassion, deeper self-understanding, and coping skills that feel healthy, realistic, and aligned with your values.

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, identity concerns, life transitions, grief, and feelings of disconnection or overwhelm. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel empowered to be yourself, feel seen, and cultivate a life that honors your values, strengthens your relationships, and builds upon your existing resilience.
